Hey, I'm Verity!
You can find me in both the piercing studio and the laser room! I’ve been a professional body piercer since 2021, and a laser tattoo removal technician since 2026.
I’m so excited to have now completed my Laser Safety Officer course as well as my apprenticeship with Lazer Erazer. I love being able to help people remove unwanted ink from their bodies, to allow them to feel confident and comfortable in their skin again. Tattoo removal can be a daunting process to start, but it makes a big difference knowing you’re being looked after!
I also love helping people explore their personal style through body jewellery and especially helping clients to design and curate the ear piercings of their dreams. I offer all standard piercings, industrials, surface and dermal piercings. My current favourite service to perform is a flat, but I also love a conch piercing!
I always endeavour to provide a smooth and calm experience, regardless of whether you’re sitting in the piercing chair or the laser chair. These services can be scary, and it’s okay to be a little nervous! I’ll do my best to guide you through as best as I can with deep breaths and gentle words of encouragement.

Hey guys, it’s Nicole
I’ve been zapping tattoos for over 3 years now (and zapping my own regrets as well) so I can empathise and understand what my clients experience. <3
I have completed the Laser and Intense Pulsed Light Safety Officer course as well as the Pigment and Tattoo laser course and have worked closely with all the brilliant and talented individuals at LE to hone my skills.
When I’m not on the tools, you’ll most likely find me deep diving into a TV show or baking up a storm; if you’re lucky enough, there might be a baked good waiting for you after treatment!
What I enjoy most about laser is connecting with clients, hearing your stories and helping you on your journey to be the most confident, badass version of yourselves!

Hi I’m Hayley!
I’ve been a professional body piercer since 2022 and am one of the senior laser technicians here at Lazer Erazer since 2024, having completed laser and intense pulsed light safety officer courses as well as pigment and tattoo laser courses.
I’ve always been a bit obsessed with body modifications and am a bit of a science nerd, so I genuinely LOVE getting to chat about the different weird and wonderful ways the human body works, physics and tech, and the way all of this comes together to form your treatment/procedure with us at LE.
Getting to be a part of people’s tattoo removal and body mod is a special privilege I do not take lightly! Modifying our bodies- whether we are adding or removing something- is such a personal and individual experience where we can find self-confidence and self-love.
When I’m not in the studios, you’ll find me spin-kicking in a mosh pit or hanging out with my cat Chonky (my pride and joy).
Tattoo removal can be painful (I can attest to that!), but I’ll be with you every step of the way- let’s start your journey today!

Hey humans (and others), I’m Phynn!
One of Lazer Erazer’s resident body piercers with over 7 years of experience! Hailing from Cairns, QLD, I began professionally piercing at quite a young age and had a good 4-5 years of piercing before giving it a rest and doing disability support. Then I did a 360 and returned to the wonderful world of body modification because clearly, I just couldn’t stay away and am still absolutely loving it!
What I love the most about professionally piercing is experiencing the pipeline of someone coming in who is nervous and excited about getting a piercing, putting them at ease, having a yap and then seeing them light up after the piercings are done and looking super cute. Being a part of someone’s journey in feeling more at home in their body means the world to me. It’s crazy how a little bit of bling can do exactly that!

Hey, I'm Brooke <3
I've been with Lazer Erazer since the end of 2025; however, I started my journey with piercings at the end of 2023 through Punktured! :)
I was born and raised in the western suburbs of Melbourne and have worked in every hospitality and retail role you could think of before landing my dream position, and I've never looked back! There is nothing quite like being a part of someone's self-expression journey, whether it's adding a new sparkly addition or taking off a tattoo you don't vibe with anymore.
As someone who grew up admiring all types of body mods & longing to be a part of the community since I was little, I understand the excitement & nerves that can come with getting any type of procedure done, and I will do anything I can to help you through our session together (& maybe yap your ear off while I'm at it! :P)
If I'm not at one of the studios, I'll most likely be in bed at home with my babies (my two cats, Cupid & Zeus) working on my latest craft project, & probs watching a true crime documentary.

Hey! I’m Ruby,
I started my piercing career in 2023 and have never looked back! I have a genuine love for the industry and the people/clients I’ve met along the way. I tend to spend a lot of my time researching different techniques, tools, and other piercing-related topics to make sure my education is always up to date with current standards. I’m passionate about making every appointment feel warm, welcoming, and comfortable from start to finish (Piercings can be scary!). I especially love creating custom industrials and ear curations, helping clients build unique setups that suit both their anatomy and personal style.
I’m a big believer that no two healing journeys are the same, which is why I always take the time to walk clients through aftercare and provide ongoing support throughout the healing process. Whether you have questions about jewellery, downsizing, anatomy, troubleshooting a piercing, or just need some reassurance, I’m always happy to help and listen to any concerns along the way.
I’m also excited to be expanding my skills into laser training as I continue growing within the industry and helping people feel more confident in themselves.
