ID Requirements

Everyone

All piercing clients are required to provide photo identification. We accept the following forms of ID: Driver’s Licence, Passport, Proof of Age Card, Key Pass, Student ID (showing full name, photo, & DOB).

Under 16

If you are under 16, in addition to the above, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The parent/legal guardian must also provide photo ID, as well as a Medicare Card, Concession Card, or legal Guardianship Order with both parties’ names listed.

Age Restrictions

Age 0-9

We currently do not offer any piercing services for children under 10 years old.

Age 10-12

Children aged 10-12 years can receive standard earlobe piercings. Specific identification requirements must be met for all piercing services within this age bracket (see above).

Age 13-15

Children aged 13-15 years can get earlobe, standard cartilage, nostril, and septum piercings. Facial, oral and navel piercing services are offered in some cases and are subject to individual assessment, and ultimately at the discretion of our body piercers. Specific identification requirements must be met for all piercing services within this age bracket (see above).

Age 16-17

Clients aged 16-17 years can get any standard ear, face, oral or navel piercing service. If you do not have an accepted form of photo ID, we can alternatively accept parental or legal guardian consent (see requirements above). Surface piercing services are offered in some cases depending on placement and are ultimately at the discretion of our body piercers.

Age 18+

Any piercing service is available, subject to anatomy assessments and at the discretion of our body piercers.
